Siemens approached us with a key objective: to simplify their product offerings across various sectors, including commercial buildings and infrastructure, and make it easier for their clients to find the right solutions to their problems. This meant we needed to analyze their internal operations, communications, and messaging to better understand how they affected one another and in turn, affect the customer.
